Swimming Pool
Our villa faces Southwest and therefore enjoys lovely sunny days and evenings. This is especially important in the winter months when some villas have very little or no sun. Our fully screened pool deck is extended and and has the child safety barrier as required by Florida law, which can be rolled back if required. We also have a covered area to give shade during the day. We have sun loungers, side tables, table and chairs for your enjoyment on the pool deck.
On the outside of the screen we have planted a shrub hedge for extra privacy although we are in a quiet area. Our pool is heated by Solar Heat so the pool is always warm and in the winter we have a heat pump to maintain a comfortable water temperature using the thermal blanket. Plastic drinking items are available for use around the pool. Please note that in line with insurance requirements this villa is non smoking.
